Commercial Truck Service Manager
TN Energy, LLC., is seeking a skilled professional to lead our service shop located in Fairview, MT. We operate a fleet of 20 to 30 trucks as well as a fleet of pneumatic trailers, flatbed and step deck trailers. Our full-service shop is staffed with mechanics who perform repairs and maintenance on all equipment as needed.
The Service Manager will supervise our team of technicians and mechanics, directing the workflow to ensure the safety and productivity of the company vehicles. Actual duties may vary but may include:
1. Supervise all employees
2. Schedule preventive and routine maintenance on trucks and trailers
3. Maintain manufacturer and aftermarket warranty information on all equipment
4. Assign technicians and mechanics to appropriate work based on skills and efficiency
5. Maintain shop cleanliness, equipment repairs and ensure safe working conditions
6. Handles all administrative matters related to records maintenance, invoicing, work orders, to include data entry
7. Be able to communicate with drivers concerning vehicle repairs needed.
We offer competitive pay depending upon experience and qualification with salary and bonus potential of $125K plus. We also offer other benefits including paid time off, 401k plan and defined medical insurance reimbursement and housing. Must be able to relocate.
Qualifications include but not limited to the following:
Experience service management (2 years) and diesel repair -3 years
