Stalcup Construction & Design, LLC is looking for a seasoned Project Manager (PM) that is excited to travel and work with an established company that offers fair wages and competitive benefits. Stalcup Construction & Design, LLC is a Multi-state company that primarily engages in Commercial work, involving multi-story, cold-form framing projects. Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
· Read & comprehend plans for all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
· Ensures projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
i.e. Ability to spot inconsistencies on a plan when they do not correlate appropriately with the actual job site and problem solve a solution.
· Obtains all necessary regulations and permits when needed.
· Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
· Manages a construction manager and/or crew and oversees their work. Effectively directing them as needed in regard to project plans, timelines, safety issues, etc.
· Communicates with clients on a professional level.
· Adheres to budgets, timelines, and quality control required on each project.
· Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
· Submits Safety meeting logs and Progress Reports in a timely manner.
· Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
· Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
· Familiar with software programs and ability to learn new software used to update schedules, track progress, document project progression, and track employee's time.
Work Hours and Benefits:
We are looking for a full-time construction project manager that is required to be on-site throughout the duration of the project. Our working hours are Monday (10hrs), Tuesday - Thursday (9hrs), and Friday (8hrs).

Construction Project Manager Qualifications and Skills:
· Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers.
· Supervises a construction manager and/or crew.
· Reads and understands detailed plans and how they relate to the project.
· Excels at organization, time management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
Minimum Requirements:
· Valid Driver's License (Real ID required by May 2023)
· Reliable working truck and valid insurance
· Mobile phone
· Ability to walk on hard surfaces for the duration of the workdays
· No physical limitations for lifting, standing, or walking that would be required to perform the job.
· Minimum 2 years of construction experience in our field.
Bonus Abilities:
· Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training
· Construction Project Management certification
