Boise Racquet and Swim Club, a private non-profit club, providing tennis, fitness, swimming, and various exercise and fitness classes, is seeking an experienced general manager who will oversee all aspects of the club, under the general direction of a Board of Directors. Responsible for day to day operations, overseeing personnel responsible for daily tennis fitness, the maintenance of facilities including 12 indoor courts and 11 outdoor courts, swimming pool and associated classes and swimming competitions, daily fitness programs, exercise facility, general social programs, recruitment of new members and retention of current club members. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will manage the annual budget, and financial statements. Bachelors Degree in Management or Business recommended, with 3-5 years management experience in corporate or service industry, a resort, or a similar club.
