Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Project Manager to join the operations team of our dynamic and growing organization! We are the largest start-to-finish window and patio door replacement company in the nation. As we are a leader in the window industry, we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our company.
The project manager will process assigned job orders from post-sale to successful customer installations.
What Youll Be Doing:
Create orders by entering information into Salesforce and IQ software
Verify orders for accuracy by comparing issued purchase orders to customer acknowledgements
Effectively communicate job statuses to department supervisors and managers
Create a flawless customer experience
Exceed company install revenue monthly plan
Coordinate sales process with customers by specifying products, processing orders and handling warranty issues
Communicate with customers during each step of the order process. This includes answering any questions
Process customer deposits, invoices, and assist in collection of accounts receivable
Compile order trackers as requested by customers
Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Previous customer service and administrative experience, ideally in a project assistant/management or administrative field
A track record of being part of teams and achieving results
Understanding of LEAN methodology and implementation is a plus
Previous experience coordinating with multiple departments through verbal and written communication
Ability to work through escalated situations to find win/win solutions
High level of attention to detail and customer service skills
Previous data entry experience
Strong work ethic
