We are seeking an Associate Technician who is looking to grow in his/her experience and skills. Our energetic, diverse team includes seasoned architects as well as aspiring professionals.
This position will report to a Project Manager while working with a team of other associates to complete projects. Our Associate Technicians are self-motivated and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
Draft full sets of construction documents
Coordinate with engineers and building departments
Research landlord criteria, building codes and local building departments
Contact clients under instruction from Project Manager
Coordinate and communicate clearly with team members to track projects
Qualifications
Required
Degree in architecture or relevant field
Experience working in an architecture office setting
High proficiency with AutoCAD and relevant architecture programs
Great task and time management skills
Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
Preferred
Experience with commercial or retail architecture and design
Obtained or pursuing Bachelor's degree in architecture
