This role will lead the creation and maintenance of various reports, analysis, presentations, data models, and analytical tools.</font></div><div><br></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><strong><u>Essential Job Functions:</u></strong></font></div><div><ul><li><font size="3" face="arial">Works with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate how technology can be applied for data collection, transformation, analysis, and presentation</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Analyzes, interprets, and presents data using industry relevant commercial real estate asset management software such as RealINSIGHT</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Skilled with Enterprise Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Builds data collection process, enriches existing in-house data, and creates predictive models using industry relevant software</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Supports daily reporting to ensure the reports are delivered within the SLA requirements applying reporting expertise to ensure the delivery and accuracy of reporting</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Coordinates with other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to report generation ensuring that all reports are created using efficient processes</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Responsible for the efficient, compliant, timely, and secure acquisition, integration, provision, and exchange of enterprise data</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Identifies business process improvements to be made as a result of analytical insights</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Other activities as may be assigned by your manager</font></li></ul></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><strong><u>Qualifications/ Requirements:</u></strong></font></div><div><ul><li><font size="3" face="arial">4-year college degree in computer science, information technology/system or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">2 years of experience with any enterprise reporting tool preferred such as Power BI or Tableau</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">2 year of experience with commercial real estate asset management or servicing/special servicing systems such as RealINSIGHT, CAMs, Enterprise! or equivalent a plus</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate Finance highly preferred</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Comprehension of business processes</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Ability to find solutions to business problems from data-driven insights</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Must be able to be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Strong interpersonal skills</font></li><li><font size="3" face="arial">Good communication and customer service skills are required</font></li></ul></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><strong><u>Special Requirements:</u></strong></font></div><div><ul><li><font size="3" face="arial">The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment</font></li></ul></div><div><font size="3" face="arial"><strong><u>Working Conditions:</u></strong></font></div><div><ul><li><font size="3" face="arial">Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use</font></li><li><font face="arial" size="3">Alternating between sitting or standing as needed</font></li><li><font face="arial" size="3">Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping</font></li></ul></div><div><p style="margin: 0in;"><font size="3" face="arial">The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
