WFVC serves consumer and small business customers through digital (online, mobile, and social) and contact centers (phone, email, and correspondence). We provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts, enable digital payments, provide solutions that meet their financial needs, and more. WFVC serves over 27 million customers through our digital channels and support over 5.8 billion customer interactions annually through digital and contact centers.This position will provide support within WFVC Contact Center Quality Assurance. Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to: Provides support for varying aspects of the QA program change management process, including tracking, monitoring and implementing QA changes Partners with Risk and Compliance, Business Process and Procedure, and other QA team members as needed to accomplish tasks Prepare and present senior level communications and presentations Supports varying aspects of the QA initiatives tracking and support process, including discovery, defining requirements, managing tasks and collaborating with peers to deliver against QA impacting projects Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for QA related requests for information in support of audits, internal testing, legal or other external reviews Supports special projects as needed in order to meet evolving requirements for the overall QA program Supports end to end reviews of existing QA processes and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to corporate policies Maintains a strong knowledge and understanding of systems, including, but not limited to NICE, Orbit, Virtual Library and banker desktop/tools, etc. Supports ongoing continuous improvement efforts across the QA departmentWork hours: Monday - Friday, first shift. 2+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

1+ year of audit experience

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to prepare and present senior level communications

Ability to present complex concepts to senior management

Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations

Knowledge and understanding of compliance risk in the financial services industry

Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards

Change management experience

Experience creating reports in response to management, audit, or regulatory requirements-

Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency

Strong knowledge and understanding of Virtual Library

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

Exposure to the Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) Contact Center policies, processes, and procedures

NICE Call Recording experience
