Responsibilities:Manages client projects holistically including accurate planning, effective verbal and written communication with the client and internal team, timely meeting of milestones, ensure completion of non-R1 tasks, and productive resource management.Using a standard template, develops and maintains project plans specifying goals, timeline, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.Escalates challenges and delays to key stakeholders both within R1 and the Client.Documents current and future state workflows, noting where improvements will be realized using the SCI Solutions.Submits status reports to report on progress, risks, and next steps.Develops strong relationships with and reports to Client Executives to effectively keep projects on track. Delivers and reviews Executive Status Report with client executives as defined in project plan.Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of revenue recognition based on established revenue milestones. Related experience includes healthcare access (order process, scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient services).
