Job Description
Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview. (Applies to full-time direct hires only)Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative position. TheIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative isresponsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
- Answer telephone calls promptly
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
- Sell welding and safety products and services to customer
- Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer
- Research products needed for customer special applications
- Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation
- Keep sales literature current and organized
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver's License
