In this job, the candidate will be able to gain experience in the design, simulation and analysis of high-speed/low-power DRAM array and periphery circuits. Also, the candidate will learn about a variety of design verification and automation tools.Qualifications:

Successful candidates for this position will have:

Good understanding of digital and analog circuit concepts

Deep knowledge of CMOS device physics

Good verbal communication skills (English)

Interested and motivated to work as an engineer on sophisticated circuits

Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of analog and digital simulators such as HSPICE and Verilog

Experience with a scripting language such as Perl or Python

Familiarity with Linux/UNIX

Education:

Minimum of junior status in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program.

Candidates must not graduate before Fall 2025.

Preferred courses include VLSI, Analog Circuit Design, Digital Circuit Design, Semiconductor Devices
