Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourInformation Systems CRM (Salesforce) Admin position. It is critical to provide a customer journey that transitions seamlessly between digital service concepts and in store experiences. We must also provide current, dynamic tools to our teams that enable them to continue to exceed customer expectations in every aspect and vertical of the business. A CRM is foundational for joining disparate systems to provide an elegant experience, automate and streamline processes and converging isolated data sets. The CRM Admin is the point of contact for Norco users who have questions or need to be trained.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Seeks to understand business processes, facilitate the discovery of entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules from functional experts.
  • Perform administrative functions such as adds, moves, changes of CRM User Profiles and monitor and maintain access levels.
  • Set and maintain CRM system level and configurations.
  • Monitor and maintain importation of data, including leads, contacts, processes and procedures.
  • Install and test updates in controlled conditions and monitor effects on the system.
  • Run regular tests and reports to monitor the health of the database.
  • Be a problem solver, address User concerns and educate as required.
  • Develops and maintains documentation and training materials as appropriate.
  • Stays current/relevant by researching new technologies, products and solutions, participating in educational opportunities, industry conferences, etc.
  • Must pay a strong attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Is an active participant in and active driver of company wide, culture-shifting digital transformation
  • Follow safe work practices in performance of all duties and follow the company’s safety
  • Prioritize and maintain data integrity in all activities.
  • May require travel to other branches or customer site.

Qualifications

  • CRM industry/product knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
  • CRM implementation experience in various verticals including sales, marketing, automation, call centers, Digital Operations etc. (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with medical/healthcare fields and/or distributorships a plus
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years CRM experience
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity while striving for clarity with the personal initiative and desire to drive proactive, business-impacting change and efficiencies.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT, management and end users.
  • Leverage established industry and product best practices.
