Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for identifying and reporting patient needs through data collection, planning, intervention and evaluation and delivery of appropriate care according to nursing standards and professional practice as outlined by the nurse practice act for LPNs. Collection of data is via interview, observation, auscultation and palpation. Through documentation and oral communication, essential information is shared with health care team members and other customers common to the unit/area(s) of assignment.

Required Criteria:
  • Graduation from a School of Licensed Practical Nursing with current LPN licensure from Idaho.
  • This position requires the AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.

Preferred Criteria:
  • LPN and/or CNA work experience

About the Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP):
  • The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program is an exciting opportunity for LPNs to receive standardized training and the opportunity to rotate through clinics to find permanent placement in a Magic Valley clinic that is an ideal fit. Your Magic Valley work location will vary based on clinic staffing needs.

  • Must be flexible to work occasional weekend and holidays as needed
