- Provide standard and non-standard technical support to end-users in response to specific requests.
- Utilizes established operating procedures to review and resolve end-user technology issues; troubleshoots and resolves standard and non-standard hardware and software problems
- Provides training on hardware and software for end-users; performs and supports testing and documentation activities.
- Documents operational problems; reads and understands technical material; communicates with vendors, users, and other IT staff.
- This job will support a wide array of IT related hardware and software for typical office users but will have additional areas of support, such as warehouse operations, retail/point of sale and assisting with physical security monitoring. Handheld computers for warehouse/retail, understanding of basic programming for retail and potential review of security notifications and video footage.
- Travel in state may be required to assist with liquor store moves/remodels or large hardware rollouts.
- This position will be on rotation and share on-call service desk needs during nights and weekends.
