Oregon Grain Growers Brand Distillery is seeking experienced line cooks to join our Bitchin Kitchen. These are full-time positions with added hours in our busy summer season. Ideal Candidates:
2+ years experience on hot and cold lines
Motivated to work high volume shifts
Understanding of food costing and portioning
Experience working in open kitchens
Understanding of proper food handling
Thrive on a sense of urgency
Must be self-motivated, professional, gracious and present a positive attitude to guests and fellow staff alike. We strive to create a positive atmosphere and look for great cooks that will embody this team first environment.
The job requires long hours on one's feet in a very busy kitchen.
