Come join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle, Idaho! We are currently hiring for the position of Lead Cook in our breakfast only restaurant. As the Lead Cook, you are responsible for preparing the buffet breakfast, as well as cooked to order items and daily specials; in addition to the preparation of catered banquet meals. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, food prep and dishwashing/cleaning. As a Lead Cook in our kitchen, you will work under the direction of the F&B Manager and assist with training the back of the house team members, which includes the dishwasher and prep cook (when applicable). In addition, you will be responsible for placing weekly food orders and assisting with inventory. The Lead Cook will work closely with the F&B Manager to maintain day to day consistency and overall team work within the department.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a flexible schedule and work well in a team environment; taking direction and guidance from the F&B Manager. Previous cooking experience is required. As this is a breakfast only restaurant in a hotel, you must be able to work early morning hours and weekends and holidays, as necessary.
