Fresh ingredients and scratch cooking. We fly our seafood in fresh and hand carve our steaks in house. We create 4 new items every week for our Fresh Sheet, so there's always new ingredients to learn about and work with. Front to back, we have an excellent staff, who take pride in giving their best to our guests, and have a good time doing it.

5+ years in a general brigade style kitchen with references.
Have an eye for detail. Able to follow and execute recipes. Excellent knife skills. The ability to keep your cool in a demanding, fast pace environment. Take direction while maintaining standards
