Outback Steakhouse is looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about Customer Service, dedicated, fun-loving, driven to consistently perform at a high level, motivated by working as a valuable member of a team. We offer great pay and benefits! These are not seasonal positions. We are looking for people who can give us a minimum 1 year commitment.
HOSTS
No experience required. Dinner shift availability is required during weekdays, open availability on the weekends (including holidays) and a professional work ethic.
SERVERS
One year consistent serving experience in a similar setting preferred.
Open availability is preferred (including weekends and holidays) and a professional work ethic.
Lunch Only servers are also encouraged to apply.
LINE COOKS AND DISH WASHERS
Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
Open availability is preferred (including weekends and holidays) and a professional work ethic.
Lunch Only cooks are also encouraged to apply.
