$57,352 to $66,911 per year depending on experience
o Please note that the pay range contains multiple attorney pay grades which are based on experience and qualifications

Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program
SERVING AS A DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER:
Monitors and manages a full case-load
You will receive extensive court-room time and experience (more so that other attorney positions)
Appears in all required court proceedings
Communicates directly with clients, explaining charges, constitutional and statutory rights and procedures
Argues appeals at District Court and Idaho Supreme Court
Work week, Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Juris-Doctorate and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training. Maintains continuing legal education credits to maintain standing with the Idaho State Bar.
License to practice as an attorney in the State of Idaho.
