Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Medical Assisting Instructor to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:

Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students in the lab and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum

Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)

Assist management with driving retention and completion rates

Participate in professional development trainings

Maintain professional integrity

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN or RN

Completion of a certified medical assisting program/RMA or CMA

Experience with EKGs, Phlebotomy and Medical Terminology

High School diploma or equivalent required

Previous teaching experience is preferred

Front and back medical office skills

Highly organized

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Availability: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM
