We are a small mental health clinic with 3 providers looking for a person to help with our office part-time.
Duties:
Screening potential patients
Answering patient questions
Checking insurance
Scheduling
Helping with intakes/taking medical history
Faxing records
Assisting with providers and other office staff as needed
Help with prior authorizations
Helping with collecting copays/other fees
Qualifications:
1+ years experience with all of the above
Mental health experience a bonus
Highly organized
Attention to detail
Able to pass a drug test
Personable: likes people
Not easily offended by mentally ill patients
Professional demeanor
Values being on time and attendance
Computer savvy
Able to multi-task
Prefer someone who is flexible with their schedule
