Handle work comp claims
Scan and file personnel documents
Process background checks
Manager labor law posters across all clinic locations
Assist w/ new hire and termination tasks
Conduct exit interviews
Update and maintain employee files
Update and follow through on employee handbook & policies
Assist marketing team
Track all employee certifications and requirements
Assist employees with questions and various needs
Assist in payroll & time clock tracking
Requirements
Background in HR
Ability to prioritize and multitask duties & projects in a fast pace environment
Proficient with Microsoft office, (excel and word are a must)
Ability to work independently and within a team
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation depends on experience and includes a comprehensive benefit package
