My last girlfriend/assistant a few months ago left and went back to Florida because that was our agreement that she would leave peacefully when she saved enough money and was ready to go back.
She loved doing DIY (doing yourself projects) with me.
We did it all together from the morning light to the night and over again.
She had a situation at home that she needed to get away from, she needed a safe house, she needed a cell phone, she needed a friend and support, a mentor for sure, care, peace respect and quiet, food and all paid plus $20,000 year salary ($400 cash weekly income), she dreamed of learning to earn money through real estate, fixing, buying, holding, renting and or selling, flipping properties, Airbnb, like I do.
I am a straight man, single, happy, social, quiet and respectfulÂhomebound man that needs someone to care for and be cared by. I exercise daily, eat healthy, eat fast food too, at restaurants or at home, I have 2 cars, I have a jacuzzi/pool and bbq in my yard and from time to time I take: road trips, summer beach trips, tropical vacacions in winter.
My 21 year old son says that I am the best dad, I know I am a good dad, he lives with his mother. I am divorced many years, I am tempered drama free guy.
I have a real estate license and other licenses to protect.
I am looking for girlfriend that would like to earn to earn the $20,000 year salary doing property projects with me.
