Local Concrete Lifting company is looking to fill a Crew Lead/Helper position in a highly specialized field . We are looking for someone with concrete OR construction experience that is mechanically inclined. We do concrete lifting/leveling, poly coating/sealing. We do not poor concrete.
Manage Crew (to start or eventually)
Responsible for preparing trucks for daily work schedule
Setting up and unloading equipment on site and cleaning work site
Operating various types of construction related tools and equipment
Minor maintenance of equipment
Average 40+ hours full time
Individuals who exhibit a willingness and aptitude to learn the necessary skills will be presented advancement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driver's license
Applicants must have reliable transportation
Past experience within the CONCRETE construction industry a plus
Great communication and customer service skills
Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs on a regular basis
Applicant must be drug free
BENEFITS:
Compensation $13-$18/hour and/or commensurate with experience
