General Job Descriptions
Field Technician- Assistant Driver/Mover
Participate in and/or assist the Job Coordinator in multiple aspects of job pick-up and delivery including but not limited to; scheduling, window covering take-down and customer contact
Assist with the removal of affected textile and electronic items from homes affected by fire, water, and/or mold loss
Assist job coordinators with field coordination and communication with customers
Ability to consistently lift-up to 35 lbs. when assisting job coordinators in packing jobs & making deliveries
Load and move boxes of garments, textiles and electronics
Production Technician
Sort and separate different garments and textiles for cleaning
Inventory, track, and document order through production processing
Identify and communicate non-restorable items
Coordinate due dates in Inventory/Hand Cleaning with Branch Supervisor
General warehouse duties
Keep warehouse organized and clean
Work in other departments as needed
Additional duties as assignment and reasonable
Compensation and Benefits
Job hours are typically Monday Friday, 8-4:30pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.
On call week every 4 6 weeks (emergency response).
Hourly wage is $10-12.00 to start
After 3 months: full health benefits
After 6 months: vacation accrual begins
After 1 year: 401k plan participation
