We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team. Event Custodians play a integral role in the fast-paced environment of live entertainment. Our department's contribution to the success of each show is a safe and clean environment for everyone that walks through ExtraMile Arena's doors.
This isn’t your average cleaning gig. Working with us means:
Competitive pay- $13+/hr (achievement-based raises once you're hired)

Starting Wage: $13/hour
Pay structure: performance based increases can be earned after 6 months
Flexible Hours (Part-Time Only)
Work schedule is negotiated based on the applicants availability/commitment
Shifts are typically available day and night all days of the week
Available hours per week are based on events and event prep (fewer available hours on non-event days)
Requirements and Responsibilities(Training Provided):
Effective and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and with a team
Maintaining and sanitizing restrooms
Maintaining and sanitizing rooms and public areas ranging in size and complexity
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping a variety of surfaces
Proficiency in decision making and problem solving
Arriving on time for scheduled shifts, reliability
Willingness to consistently work all arena events as your schedule permits
Event Custodian Logistics:
Must be able to(s):
pass a background check
lift up to 50lbs
stand & bend for shifts lasting 4-8 hours
follow written & verbal instructions
arrive on time for shifts
Must have(s):
reliable transportation to ExtraMile Arena
internet/phone access for communication & scheduling
indomitable spirit
Cleaning Tasks:
dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting surfaces in restrooms, seating bowls, stairwells, etc.
handling waste/recycling
