We are a small property management company looking for an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Tech that is able to work part-time as needed hours. Ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing, light electrical, appliance repair, heating and cooling troubleshooting, (HVAC certified a real plus!) painting and drywall work, landscaping, and general carpentry and miscellaneous repair work.
Candidate will do repairs at rental units as needed, in addition to service any repairs the general public call about. Must have excellent driving record, clean background, and be professional.
Our little maintenance division takes pride in our response time, quality of work, our pricing, and professionalism. Ideal for someone with flexible schedule wanting extra hours. Company vehicle is provided.
