KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring experienced construction roofers to installshingle roofs at our indoor Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:30 p.m. Hourly wage starts at $20.00 per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.
Work year-round indoors without winter lay-offs or slow-downs!
Now paying a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment!

Requirements & Skills:
- Must have previous experience with shingle roof installation. Please list this experience on your application.
- Must be able to climb, bend, carry, and lift on a regular basis while completing shingling work during a 10-hour shift.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
