We are a new construction house painting contractor looking to add a qualified individual to our shop team. We have year-round work to keep the cash flow coming. We are the behind-the-scenes guys that support our field crews. Duties would include but not limited to, unloading freight trucks with forklift (will train), down stacking freight, checking paint, making paint with computer tinter, delivering items to jobs in company vehicle, general shop upkeep and restocking. Workdays would be Monday through Friday 8am-430 pm with some overtime possibilities. Once you have been here for a year, you start to accumulate paid days off. We understand that life happens so the shop schedule at times can be flexible to meet your needs i.e., doctors’ appointments, sick kids, etc. Pay would be $16.00 to start and then once a person learns the ins and outs of the job, a pay bump would occur. Requirements shall be, must be 18 years or older, have a valid drivers license with no recent DUI’s (last 7 years), must be able to lift 55 lbs by self, be self-motivated, can show up on time every day.
