Ideal candidates will enjoy physical labor, have a solid work ethic, and possess a stellar attitude!Start Date: ASAP!Length of Contract: 3-4 months until project complete# of workers needed: 2-3Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pmPayrate: $15/hrDuties: Trenching for solar power conduit project. Some shovel work,concrete work, etc WILL BE REQUIRED. Candidates with experience running a trencher will be given priority. PPE: Client will provide hard hat,vest, gloves, and ear plugs as needed.Attire: Casual wear such as a long sleeve shirt or extra layer for cool mornings and sun protection, jeans- NO SHORTS. Boots will be needed.Breaks: As directed by Supervisor- Rural location and there is no cafeteria. So bring a sack lunch if you don’t have transportation! WATER Jug would be smart!Drug ScreenBackgroundPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch,etc. Shovel work is required. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds. Physical work.
