Job Description for The E-Commerce Business Lead- Micron Crucial.com The E-Commerce Business Lead accountable to Crucial.com, you will be responsible to drive the overall business strategy and roadmap for crucial.com. Crucial.com is a true global web site which is localized in 14 countries and translated in over nine languages. The web site received over 3-4 Million sessions per month worldwide and drives direct to customer revenue in US and EMEA. In this specific role you will be responsible for award winning web site Crucial.com and drive the enhancement, web strategies, business needs and best practices to ensure that end-customers needs are met, and the web site is following all the best practices in the evolving world. As an E-Commerce Business Lead responsible for Cruical.com you will be working with business stakeholders in Brand, Marketing, Product team, Customer Support team to discover and define problems, researching solutions and provide guidance and priority to the eventual execution of those solutions. You will be responsible for building and prioritizing the product feature roadmap and breaking down the features to smaller stories which will be executed in sprint cycles. You will work closely with Scrum master and COE engineering team to bring the features to fruition. Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Journey Optimization & Customer Satisfaction - using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis techniques, work with the Marketing Insight team to identify prioritized lists of pain points and opportunities in the digital journey to improve path to purchase

  • Optimize conversion, customer engagement and shopping experience on crucial.com properties through insight
  • Define user journeys and increase engagement and usage across all funnel stages by customer segment
  • Co-ordinate efforts with Brand and Web teams to optimize the look and feel of key customer touch points for our product categories

Product Launches - Ensure that Crucial.com is setup for success with all new product launches and be the voice at the table to advocate for the end customers journey on the web site

  • Make sure the digital journey is optimized on the web site
  • Ensure all products are setup on the website
  • Collaborate with team to ensure the content, landing pages and advertising is being done.

Web Initiatives - Drive initiatives on web site to enhancement based on insights, user testing and best practices and be the stakeholder to the development team

  • Work with Insight team to understand the KPI's and customer feedback
  • Drive strategy and corrective action to improve CSAT scores.
  • Work with Insight team to performance User testing on new initiatives and web changes.

Promotions - collaborate with Performance marketing and other team to make sure when applicable the promotions are setup correctly on the web site.

  • Track the promotion usage
  • Provide feedback on the promotions and future promotions based on learning and best practices

Partner Referrals - Ensure that WTB referrals are optimized and as effective as possible

  • Work with Performance Marketing to review WTB effectiveness and suggest changes
  • Ensure best web practices are used to display WTB on the web site.

Web Optimization - Optimize the web site using best practices

  • Review the web site performance and ensure that page performance is acceptable.
  • Optimize on different browsers and mobile tablets
Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading and driving ecommerce business needs
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading website design and management
  • At least 3 years of experience in either a UX Designer or product designer role.
  • Knowledgeable about web site best practices, responsive web designs, A/B testing and user experience analysis.
  • Nice to have experience on mobile web application management.
  • Must have experience in Web Analytics, However Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge on 3rd party tools to enhance, test and validate web site experience.
  • Must have experience in SEO tactics and experience growing/managing web site SEO.
  • Comfortable working in a global team
  • Familiarity with standard website technology (HTML, CSS, JS)
