- Optimize conversion, customer engagement and shopping experience on crucial.com properties through insight
- Define user journeys and increase engagement and usage across all funnel stages by customer segment
- Co-ordinate efforts with Brand and Web teams to optimize the look and feel of key customer touch points for our product categories
- Make sure the digital journey is optimized on the web site
- Ensure all products are setup on the website
- Collaborate with team to ensure the content, landing pages and advertising is being done.
- Work with Insight team to understand the KPI's and customer feedback
- Drive strategy and corrective action to improve CSAT scores.
- Work with Insight team to performance User testing on new initiatives and web changes.
- Track the promotion usage
- Provide feedback on the promotions and future promotions based on learning and best practices
- Work with Performance Marketing to review WTB effectiveness and suggest changes
- Ensure best web practices are used to display WTB on the web site.
- Review the web site performance and ensure that page performance is acceptable.
- Optimize on different browsers and mobile tablets
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading and driving ecommerce business needs
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading website design and management
- At least 3 years of experience in either a UX Designer or product designer role.
- Knowledgeable about web site best practices, responsive web designs, A/B testing and user experience analysis.
- Nice to have experience on mobile web application management.
- Must have experience in Web Analytics, However Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge on 3rd party tools to enhance, test and validate web site experience.
- Must have experience in SEO tactics and experience growing/managing web site SEO.
- Comfortable working in a global team
- Familiarity with standard website technology (HTML, CSS, JS)
