We are a retail sales company with 500+ employees in the treasure valley. We seek candidates with a college degree or solid experience at a media agency (or other relevant position).
This job has two parts, Grassroots and Social Media Director.
Grassroots: With multiple retail facilities, we are involved in many grassroots events in Idaho throughout the year. From charity golf tournaments to concerts, flower shows, ski and snowboarding events, cultural events, etc. You run the show from start to finish, recommending which events fit us best as well as making sure our brand is represented at chosen events. We want to grow and expand this area.
Social Media Director: With multiple part-time employees working for you, you stay up on the latest trends in social media effectiveness and help your team represent each of our facilities as best they can on various platforms. This portion will ebb and flow as the social landscape changes. We are looking to grow and expand in this area as well.
This is a salaried position with bonus opportunities based on company performance. We are a family oriented company that values relationships and we are excited to take advantage of new technology and methods with your help. Our product can be considered an impulse purchase. (we aren't selling components, it is a marketable exciting product)
