We are looking to add new agents to our team! This is a great opportunity for you to get on board with a company that is loyal to employees and work is very easy to do. We are looking for phone agents who can work following schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / optional Saturday 9am - 1pm. You will need high speed internet and you must reside in either California or Idaho.
We do lead generation via phone calls. We do not collect money over the phone or get credit cards over the phone. We pre-qualify a prospect and transfer prospect to one of our many buyers for a free consultation to help the prospect. We offer free consultations to get help to consumers. Very easy pitch and simple rebuttals.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, this is a Home based job. As long as you have sufficient internet bandwidth, this job can be done from safety of your home. We provide full training via Zoom and offer help throughout the process.
Our compensation is as follows: Our base pay is $15 per hour, but IF YOU WORK SCHEDULED HOURS AND achieve a very easy MINIMUM QUOTA, we will pay $16 per hour. In addition, we offer a BONUS for every transfer you get as long as a “sales per hour” goal is achieved. So you can determine your paycheck by the effort and results you achieve.
