Are you an acrylic painter who loves to introduce new people to the joys of painting? Do you love to talk about art? Are happy little trees and happy little birds your jam? Is Bob Ross your spirit animal? Then come join our team!
We are looking for an instructor who can teach 3-4 classes a week (mostly evenings).
Must have professional level knowledge of acrylic painting techniques, and be able to identify and help correct students techniques during class.
Art Degree preferred but not required.
Must have a reliable car
Must be able to lift up 40lbs
Must be able to expertly reproduce someone else's art, and create new paintings in the Paint 'n Sip style.
Professional level knowledge of color theory, composition, and design.
Previous teaching experience not necessary, but an upbeat fun attitude is a must!
(don't worry, we have an extensive training process, we'll teach you how to teach)
This is a part time position, classes are scheduled Tue-Sun with add-in private parties scheduled anytime. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings on a rotating schedule. Would prefer someone who is available to work 15-20 hours a week.
