Position - Press Brake Operator
Summary - Setup and safely operate Press Brake to process/produce highest quality products.
Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Be able to read and work form drawings/blue prints
Setup and document tooling settings
Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions.
Maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs.
In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality.
Responsible for operation, proving programs, operating controls, setting all machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities.
Ability to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed.
Complete all necessary paperwork related to production
Maintain a safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and wears appropriate equipment
Must be a Team Player
Experience - One Year (Certifications not required)
