Developmental Concepts is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Care Staff to join our team! We are seeking individuals interested in working with children and adults who have developmental disabilities.

Our organization strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. Our Community or School based Programs offer small groups, as well as, one on one support to children and adults. We strive to support each individual to feel comfortable in various community environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide individual/small group Habilitative Supports/Developmental Therapy, as directed in the plan of service.

Expand all learning opportunities consistently and ensuring they are age appropriate.

Role model socially appropriate behavior.

Provide companionship, care and fellowship to all participants.

Become familiar with formal programs and data collection systems.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid Drivers License.

Proof of car insurance.

Reliable transportation with 2 or more seats other than the driver.

Ability to obtain age appropriate CPR/First Aid upon hire.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire.
