About Painting Pro:
Local residential and commercial paint company. We have been in business for 30 years and are looking for
a new Administrative Assistant for our front office. Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, with weekly pay. Friendly
crew and team-oriented environment, we offer high-end painting service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Day to Day operations:
Answering phone calls and emails
Scheduling Customers and Estimators- Short and long term scheduling
Setting start times for jobs
Assisting walk-in customers
Receiving and recording payments
Handling Employee requests
Filing paperwork, digitally and physically
Data Entry
Qualifications:
Necessary:
High School education or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented (this role will be actively involved with a variety of kinds of paperwork)
Good communications skills
Attention to Detail
Ability to multi-task and learn on the job
Positive Attitude
Administrative experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pleasant phone demeanor

Preferred:
Proficiency with Google tools (i.e. calendar, drive, sheets, etc.)
Quickbooks experience
Associates degree
Construction/painting/or other related field experience
