Job Purpose:To provide high level professional and personal assistance and support to the company President in order to enhance his effectiveness on a day-to-day basis. Perform all standard office management, administrative functions & duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct high-level administrative support and assistance to the company President

Communicating for and representing the company President to others

Variety of additional tasks as required or requested by company president and management staff

Build and operate upon processes to streamline the administrative functions

Implement and manage the companys presence in key social networking sites such as Facebook, Houzz, Twitter, Pintrest, etc.

Manage and improve upon company database, information, and procedures

Perform miscellaneous office duties

Work directly with vendors and customers

Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Perform other duties as necessary to develop and maintain a highly efficient sales, production, and customer service office.

Qualifications:

Very organized with the ability to anticipate the needs for the company president's organizational efforts

Experience with QuickBooks and managing accounting functions a plus

Proficient in Pages/Word, Numbers/Excel, Outlook/SharePoint - must be able to build, revise, and customize spreadsheets

Self-starter with ability to work alone or with other staff members

Writing skills, creativity, marketing savvy, and an eye for detail are respected and highly valued

Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and on-the-fly problem-solving skills

Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proven ability to operate a computer and supporting software

Education:

High school diploma (higher education a plus)

Experience:

Any combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position
