Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
- Schedule in-home estimates for customers.
- Return missed calls and voicemails.
- Respond to online web form submittals.
- Greet and help office guests as required.
- Ensure that customer service goals are being met and be first point of contact for any issues.
- Invoice customers and manage outstanding accounts receivables.
- Scan and file company expense receipts, contracts and other misc. documents.
- Make travel arrangements for team members as required.
- Help with hiring activities by drafting job descriptions and posting to job boards.
- Support companys general administrative needs as necessary.
- Run errands as required / directed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of office administration experience.
- Customer service oriented with outgoing personality.
- Must be resourceful and disciplined to make sure things get done.
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Able to work well under limited supervision.
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Strong spelling and grammar knowledge.
