About Us:

We are a very busy Denver based Residential Real Estate Brokerage. The Office Manager Position will be a remote position supporting our licensed agents with administrative tasks and helping our licensed assistant on all aspects of our office duties. After a 6-month training process, this person will be managing office VA’s and their tasks. No real estate knowledge or experience is required as full training for tasks will be provided. We have an extensive video training program and follow-up phone training for all duties. You will not be required to train in our Metro Denver offices. Since this is a virtual position, we can open it up to candidates not living in the Metro Denver area. If you are good with computers and technology, our training program will ensure you learn all the office tasks very easily, even if you are not familiar with the software or specific responsibilities. The first 6-months will include our training program which is compensated at the normal pay rate. So, we are only looking for dedicated long-term contractors.

Compensation & Hours:

This is an independent contractor position. The compensation is $18-$22 hourly depending on experience and office equipment.

Included in the hourly compensation are 10 holidays paid off.

Workdays are Friday through Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.

Work times are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MST with a 1-hour lunch

Requirements:

We are looking for a happy, friendly person with a positive attitude and a true desire to help people. The willingness to help clients and support our agents must show through in all tasks.

Excellent verbal skills and above-average writing skills.

The contractor must have a home office including the following requirements:

A quiet office environment for taking and placing calls. Must not hear kids, pets or other noises in the background.

20 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum (must be hard wired no WIFI) and have a static IP Address.

Work computer needs to be a desktop or very fast laptop, running Windows 8 or newer. It must have at least 8 GB of Ram and 500 GB of free hard drive space.

Two monitors on the work computer or the ability to add a 2nd monitor before starting the position.

Ability to install Microsoft Office 365 & all Adobe Cloud programs. We provide the software.

The contractor must be very detailed orientated and be able to take responsibility for tasks without continued supervision after an initial training period. This includes tasks that the Office Manager oversees for Office VA’s.

Strong familiarity with technology, computers and the willingness to learn new applications is required.

Applicant should be efficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Drive and Adobe DC Acrobat. Additionally, familiarity with Photoshop, WordPress and social media sites is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle all Transaction Management for under contract files.

Create Seller Market Analysis reports for listing appointments.

Enter new listings in the MLS and set up listing promotional materials. This includes writing property descriptions.

Prep client contracts for licensed agents.

Assist Buyer and Seller clients for agents.

Schedule agent showings including managing directions, timing and entry instructions.

Call new leads to schedule seller appointments or set up buyer home searches (no cold calling).

Use our CRM to follow-up with current leads and clients.

Answer office phones and transfer to the correct person.

Research new website pages for towns/subdivision & create blog post topics, including proofreading and posting website content.

SEO, analytics and link building research.

Basic posting on Social Media sites. No design work required.

Manage other VA’s work after initial training is complete.
