Local HVAC-R company has an opening for full time office administration position, must have excellent phone educate, great customer attitude, dispatching experience, accounting skills, Quick Books, Excel and Data entry.
responsibilities and Job description are :
1. reports to General manager
2. Answers all incoming phone calls and dispatches technicians
3. preps service orders
4. Job profit and lose
5. Data entry
Hours are 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
