CSDI Construction, Inc. is a general contractor located in Boise Idaho for over 30 years. We are a high producing national company. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the position of Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be flexible to take on new responsibilities and grow in their capacity to serve CSDI in multiple areas.
Position Title: Office Administrator

Position Purpose: Among many administrative duties, this position’s primary responsibility is to facilitate smooth and successful office operations for CSDI Construction headquarters. This position is the primary point of reception and works directly with every corporate department; communication proficiency and professionalism is essential.
Principle Accountabilities, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Corporate reception including answering and directing all incoming phone calls, physical mail, and physical visitors
Managing corporate calendars, contact lists, conference room scheduling, and office material inventories
Creating marketing material for customers along with Project Managers and Estimators
Assisting Document Controls as assigned. Duties often include maintaining insurance records, creating or disseminating contract documentation, and communicating with subcontractors
Maintaining Microsoft Access database for vendors/subcontractors
Printing and copying construction plans using a large format printer
Maintaining organized job files for all projects. Archiving records when jobs are completed
Coordinating corporate events
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Preferred Knowledge and Skillset:
Excellence within the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access experience is preferred)
Clear, concise and professional communication skills
Familiarity with construction industry, business contracts, insurance documentation and general business administration
Flexibility to learn new responsibilities and take on additional scope of work as time and opportunity allow
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (post-secondary degree preferred)
Current and Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work the hours of 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday
Ability to operate office technology including computers, scanners, printers, copying machines and telephones for extended periods of time.
Mobility to access office machinery, supply storage, and filing cabinets

This position can be Hourly Non-Exempt or Salaried Exempt D.O.E.
