Property Management company is hiring for a full time Administrative Assistant. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Some Saturday work is required in the summer.
Duties include but not limited to:
Monthly exterior property inspections Helping answering phones Assist reception as needed Showing properties Schedule showings and move in inspections Tenant relations Data entry for all departments Run errands Filing Making and delivering tenant/property notices Other office duties as assigned Full job description available at interview
Qualifications:
Current Drivers license, good driving record and current insurance. Basic office skills: copy, fax machine, multiline phone etc. Computer Skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Google Docs and able to learn new software Customer service experience: being able to follow directions, organized, detail oriented, accurate, punctual, driven, ability to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
