Front Office Receptionist needed. This is a full time position with office hours 7:30 am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
The receptionist/administrative assistant would be responsible for managing a multi-line phone, face-to-face interaction with clients, scheduling appointments, handling mail, preparing correspondence, and communicating with insurance companies to. Comfort and expertise using Microsoft Word and Excel and easily adapting to learning new software is a requirement.
This is a full time position with office hours 7:30 am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
We are proud to offer competitive pay range of $10-13 per hour DOE
Job requirements include:
Strong attention to detail
A high school diploma
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other software programs
