Reception

Jacks Metal Works is looking for an outgoing and energetic person to fill our reception and sales position. Applicants must be able to hold conversations with others easily as well as have the ability to multitask. This position will be mostly greeting people, collecting payments, directing conversations and phone calls to the correct people in the company as well as data entry and general help for the office manager. We are a small company so tasks can vary quite a bit from day to day based on what is needed. It would be nice to find someone with some experience with quickbooks data entry but are willing to train the right person whatever skills are needed. Sales will consist mainly of looking up and relaying prices to customers more than "selling". This is a full time position at a company that has been around for over 40 years.
