Southern Idaho Surgery Center is looking for a professional, intelligent and ambitious individual with strong ethical values to join our facility. We are a small (2 OR) ambulatory surgical center that is strictly dental surgery, the majority of those being pediatric patients. Therefore, We are looking for someone upbeat and who works great with children.
Our practice seeks a fast paced and experienced professional that works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be excellent with verbal and written communications, organized, detailed, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities but not limited to;
-Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the callers needs yourself.
-Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
-Provide patients with new patient forms.
-Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
-Schedule appointments for new and recurring dental providers based on availability.
-Responding to emails in regards to schedules, communication and relationship building between dental offices around the treasure valley.
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm.
No weekends, holidays or evenings.
Position Qualifications: High School Diploma, computer knowledge, ability to multi-task, works well in team setting, front desk and/or scheduling experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
One year in medical office preferred but not required.
This is an immediate opening, will be conducting interviews this week.
