Eagle, ID – Full Time – Commission Based

POSITION SUMMARY:

Industry leading, boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in Self Storage and Manufactured Housing Communities brokerage throughout Idaho, Washington and Utah seeking additional Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Average transaction size ranges from $2.0 million to $10.0 million.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communicator, strong negotiator, and proven track record in sales and analysis.

Bachelor degree or higher.

Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in one or more the following professions:

- Commercial Real Estate Brokerage

- Corporate Acquisitions and Dispositions

- Venture Capital Raising or Placement

- Financial Instruments Sales

- Business Insurance Sales

- Legal Practice

- Commercial Lending Origination

Expert in Financial Underwriting, Analysis and Valuation.

High level of proficiency in Business Writing.

High level of proficiency in all aspects of MS Excel.

A real estate license in the state(s) of practice must be obtained prior to commencement of real estate activities [license(s) can be obtained during the orientation period].

Schedule: Business hours with some travel.

Leverage CIG’s relationships, cold call and market to non-existing relationships to attract listing inventory and qualified buyer relationships.

Financially stable: Applicant must be prepared for the possibility that the first commission is not received until 6 months after your start date.

The successful execution of this role will deliver over $150,000 in annual commission-based compensation.
