Success As A Group! North Boise Realty, of Keller Williams Realty Boise, is looking for two licensed Real Estate Agents interested in joining a dynamic group of professionals. With 20+ years of experience in the industry, we value individuals who are loyal, engaging and driven, and eager to grow their annual income through consistent and committed hard work. SEEKING AGENTS WHO:
Are interested in working in a Real Estate Team environment as either a Buyers Agent or Listing Specialist
Are organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
Are proactive in converting leads to clients by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
Have an interest in working with high price point markets, specifically Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills
subdivisions, and The North End.
Have a natural curiosity and desire to explore new real estate trends
Are willing to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
Are open to constructive feedback and appreciate coaching/mentoring support
Are willing to follow tasks associated with buyer/seller protocol follow-up
Are independently able to execute custom marketing systems provided, as well as capture potential clients
through social media outreach systems
Have the ability to connect with leads to foster positive and professional working relationships
Can professionally conduct business, and have a mature work ethic
Are eager to learn and/or become proficient with state of the art real estate programs such as Firepoint,
Primer Agent, Intermountain MLS/Paragon, and KWs KELLY
