World of Nutrition is hiring a Full time Retail Specialist and Herbal Nerd for our expanding team. Were growing rapidly and were seeking knowledgeable and energetic individuals to join us!

We pride ourselves on providing the best experience, customer service and knowledge for our customers on their health journey. We boast the largest bulk herb selection in the area, one of the largest tea selections, extensive inventory of quality vitamins and minerals, herbs, health and beauty products, specialty groceries, pet food and much much more! We hold the highest standard for our product selection, as well as our team. We offer our customers and our community the best products and informative, accurate, friendly service when it comes to their health.
The Responsibilities:
Work with customers on their health journey by providing extraordinary customer service
Cashiering /checking out customers; maintaining customer files
Accurately checking in orders and helping stock and merchandise products
Key holder and management of closing store tasks
Participate in the maintenance of the store (cleaning, checking expiration dates of products, facing product and keeping everything tidy)
Assist in inventory management

Requirements:
To be considered, please submit a cover letter with a list of your three favorite natural products (herbs, essential oils, vitamins or minerals) in addition to your resume and three references.
2 years Retail experience
Amazing work ethic and a can-do attitude, solution oriented and knows how to hustle
Positive, fun, motivated team player
Passionate about health/herbal healing
Relationship builder with a high level of integrity
Obsessively accurate and detail oriented
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on the sales floor for a full shift
Must be able to climb a ladder
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with a Point of Sale System
Reliable transportation

World of Nutrition is based in Nampa, ID. For good reason, Nampa one of the fastest growing cities in the Northwest; affordable housing, friendly community and excellent quality of life.
