We are in search of a Seriously great salesperson to show homeowners how amazing their garage can be with gorgeous powder-coated garage cabinets.

We are in a never-ending pursuit to install durable custom garage cabinets in markets lacking quality service providers, Webfoot Concrete Coatings is committed to the continual growth of the business and the expansion into new locations.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals. You professionally represent Webfoot while cultivating relationships with customers to ensure they are well served, and happy with our product, and will recommend Webfoot to their friends and neighbors.

TOP 3 OUTCOMES IN YEAR 1:

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales visits per week.

- Achieve an annual sales close rate of 40% or greater.

- Sell projects that consistently yield 50% or greater gross profit on average.

- Requirements

- Follow up on all proposals within 1-2 days of submission, with a minimum of 3 attempts per bid

- Meet or exceed sales prospecting activity metrics (calls, drop-ins, networking, scheduled meetings)

- Onsite, in-person presentation of all proposals

- Timely updating of CRM and scheduling calendar

- Efficient time management skills & respect for other people’s time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven Residential Sales Experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite

- Independently motivated and able to achieve goals and timelines under minimal supervision

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

- Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets

- Have a positive and optimistic mindset

- Enjoy being part of a team

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Flexible schedule

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is performance-driven with a base salary of $60k and commission/bonuses that can be taken over $75,000-$100,000+.
