Use your skills to retain and cultivate business relationships, by providing impeccable service to all internal and external customers. You will be an integral part of the inside and outside sales teams. To be successful as an inside sales representative you will need to learn 8 chassis styles and be able to provide the common specs and learn 10 vendor product lines within your first 6 months. By the end of your first year you must be able to create mistake free quotes for at least 5 customers.

Essential Functions

Prepare quotes quickly and efficiently
Assist outside sales in processing quotes
Assist outside sales by providing proper paperwork to expand existing accounts and forge new relationships
Prepare jobs
Conduct sales with out of the area and walk in customers
Complete final inspections on completed trucks, including taking photos, obtaining the weight, and fuel testing
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of completed trucks to the customer
Answer incoming sales calls
Train to eventually become an outside Territory Manager

Work Environment
This position works in an office setting, with shop exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.

No travel is expected for this position.
